Our policy lasts 30 days. Within 30 days from your purchase, if you are dissatisfied with your plant purchase, we will accept your returned product (plant+container) and refund your money. Within 30 days from your purchase, if you have any trouble with only the plant in particular, we will replace it for you at no cost. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, please send us an email to [email protected] confirming the reason for your return, and a Welltended team member will respond to you quickly to coordinate the return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
